HOW TO USE:

Step 1:
Ensure face is dry, clean and oil-free.

Step 2:
Peel the protective layer from the adhesive strip at the top of the shower guard.

Step 3:
Press the top of the shower guard onto the skin on your forehead, above the brow line. You’re now ready to shower, stress free!
